This course will provide the eligibility for you to work in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
Who is this course for?
The City & Guilds 2365 Level 3 Course is ideally suited for those who have finished the Level 2 Diploma 2365 course or similar level 2 qualifications. After completing this course, you can proceed to the Level 3 NVQ portfolio, also referred to as the bridging unit. This will enable you to apply for JIB (Gold Card) membership, contingent upon successfully completing the AM2.

Unit 305 – Electrical Systems Design.
Unit 308 – Career Awareness in Building Services Engineering.

The criteria / method of assessment varies from unit to unit. Most units have an exam (written and/or online) and others have practical assessments. Your lecturer will notify of you which is required enabling you to adequately prepare for that particular unit.

The Level 3 course is part of our intensive programme, designed to be fast-paced and delivered over 15 to 20 study weeks. We offer three flexible delivery options to suit your schedule: weekdays, weekends, or evenings, as detailed below:

Exams and assessments
To gain the City and Guilds qualification, you will be required to complete a number of assessments which consists of online examinations, practical assessments, assignments and a written paper.
To help you prepare for these assessments, you will be working through the course books and be provided with the necessary work pack, notes, hand-outs, guidance on assignments, examples of test questions, as well as timed mock tests and ample time and opportunities to practice and complete the practical elements.
We feel this approach will help provide you with the opportunity to become fully conversant and confident with both the theoretical and practical elements of the course, giving you the optimum opportunity to perform at the required level in the assessments.
Where can I work upon completion of this programme?
Upon completion of the level 3 you can work within the trade unsupervised. By completing the Level 3 Diploma you will be able to continue to further your qualifications and complete the NVQ Level 3 award and AM2 assessment enabling you to qualify for ECS Gold Card Status.
